Location: Adult School Hall, 3 Nene Road, Higham Ferrers, Rushden, NN10 8BD.

Book online to reserve your spot or just show up.
Please note due to space it is best to book online beforehand but you are more than welcome to show up on the day of without booking.
If paying on the day please pay cash or bank transfer.

You will be required to fill out a health waiver the first time you take a class, this can be done online when you book or at the beginning of class.
Please bring your own yoga mat and any props to like to practice with. Please note I do bring some blankets and props but cannot ensure there will be enough to go around. Please bring water and plenty of layers to keep warm. Feel free to show up 10-15 minutes before class to get settled in.

Taking part in our Online Yoga Class has never been easier. Just follow the instructions below:
1) You will receive an email a few days before the event with a google hangouts link. Save this link—you will need it to join the event.
2) At the time of the event, simply click on the link to join.
3) You should receive a prompt to open Google Hangouts on your computer. Click “join” to open the program.
4) That’s it—you’re in!

Look out for any props information you may need in the email - a yoga block, pillows and a blanket is always handy.

How to book? You can either email me or use the contact form to ask for a free consultation at a suitable time (this can be done over email or phone). After the consultation you can then book a time that suits you.
Please allow 3 working days between the time of booking and the desired lesson time. This is to allow me to plan a yoga session tailored entirely to you and your needs.

Local to the Higham Ferrers/Rushden Area? I can come to you and teach you, friends or family in the comfort of your own home. Alternatively if you would like to have a private session in a studio environment this is also available.

Please be advised that studio hire may cost extra due to the hiring fee and timings may be subject to availability of the space.
